Every order ships from our UK warehouse, tracked from dispatch to doorstep. Pieces arrive individually packaged in our brand box.

Delivery times

Standard tracked worldwide shipping: 7–14 business days from dispatch.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, the weight of your order, and the speed you choose. You'll see the exact amount on the checkout page before you pay — no surprises.

How it adds up: the shipping cost is added on top of the price of the pieces in your order. Your final total at checkout = items + shipping + any applicable taxes or duties. We'll always show every line clearly before you confirm payment.

Customs & duties

International orders may incur import duties on arrival. These are set by your country's customs authority, payable on receipt and not included in your order total.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.

Delays & lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ business days, email support@olympd.shop with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and re-ship or refund as appropriate.
