How to return
- Email support@olympd.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and which piece(s) you're returning.
- We'll send a prepaid return label (UK orders) or instructions (international).
- Pack the piece in its original pouch and box. Drop at your nearest post point.
- Refund issued within 5 working days of receipt to your original payment method.
Conditions
- Pieces must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging required (pouch + box)
- Build-Your-Box bundles must be returned complete (no partial returns)
- Final-sale pieces (clearly marked) cannot be returned
