Delivery

Delivery is free to the UK and Ireland. We don't deliver anywhere else at the moment.

Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days and are tracked.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@olympd.shop. Please contact us first, as items sent back without a request can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us straight away so we can make it right.
